Thank you for shopping at The Wolf Gym. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing and delivering your purchases.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - ₹99
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - ₹199
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹2,500
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
The Wolf Gym is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend that you take photos of the package and damaged items as proof for your claim.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at our gym location in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. When checking out, select "Local Pickup" as your shipping method. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email.
