CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Overview
At The Wolf Gym, we strive to provide exceptional service and value. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds for both gym memberships and merchandise purchases.
Membership Cancellations
Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations can be made in person at the gym or by emailing support@thewolfgym.in.
Quarterly Memberships: Quarterly memberships can be cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase for a partial refund (minus any days used). After 14 days, quarterly memberships are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Annual Memberships: Annual memberships can be cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase for a partial refund (minus any days used and a ₹500 administrative fee). After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Personal Training Packages: Unused personal training sessions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any sessions already completed. After 30 days, training packages are non-refundable but can be used until their expiration date.
Membership Freeze
As an alternative to cancellation, members may freeze their membership:
- Members can freeze their membership for up to 30 days per year
- Medical freezes require a doctor's note and have no fee
- Non-medical freezes have a ₹200 fee
- Freeze requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the desired freeze date
- Your membership will be extended by the number of days frozen
Product Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Products purchased from The Wolf Gym can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Supplements and nutrition products (opened or unsealed)
- Personal care items (shampoos, lotions, etc.)
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
- Gift cards
How to Return Products
Step 1: Contact us at support@thewolfgym.in with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.
Step 4: Ship the item to our return address or drop it off at our gym location.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@thewolfgym.in. For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thewolfgym.in.
Special Circumstances
Medical Issues: If you need to cancel your membership due to a serious medical condition, please contact us with documentation from your healthcare provider. We will review each case individually.
Relocation: If you're moving more than 50km away from our facility, we may offer early cancellation options. Proof of relocation may be required.
